If you schedule them, they are guaranteed.
If you prefer to speak with us over the phone, we have a lovely customer service team that will be happy to help you find a date and time that works around your hours. Nothing available? Ask us for a referral! We have working relationships with competitors in each of the cities we operate in, and are happy to make sure you can get a professional cleaner to your home in your time frame, even if it means helping you find a competitor.

Some more things you may want to know
Supplies are completely covered in our flat-rate pricing. We bring absolutely every tool and chemical needed. If you require green cleaning products, just let us know and we will use our set of green products. If you prefer harsher chemicals (typically for the kitchen and restrooms), that’s fine too. We accommodate all types of needs and come fully prepared to do so.
Being home during the cleaning is not required. You may let us in and be on your way, and everything will be fresh, clean, and in the place you expect it, when you return. If you prefer to not be home at all, you can let us know how to get in (where you left a key, etc.) and we will handle everything.
Background checks are run on a nation-wide basis on every single person that works for Check Maid. Even thinking about not requiring this gives us chills! You and your home’s safety should not even have to be a consideration, it should be granted. We ensure that it is. In addition to background checks, we run in-person interviews and training on a regular basis. Our cleaners are not only upstanding and great at making homes shine, they’re also kind and caring and we know you’ll love meeting them!
